THE KNOWLEDGE DROP
Snackerati is a brand of clean ingredient, freeze-dried snacks made from real fruits and vegetables—layered with bold, unexpected flavour profiles. Think of it as high-design snacking for people who are bored of boring snacks.
Freeze-drying removes water from the ingredients at very low temperatures, preserving texture, nutrients, and flavour—without the need for oils, preservatives, or additives. The result? Crunchy, intense, and shelf-stable snacks that taste like no other.
Drops are our limited-edition releases. Each one features a unique flavour combination and is available in small batches only. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
They’re made with real, whole ingredients and no artificial additives—but we don’t market them as “health food.” We care more about quality, creativity, and flavour integrity than diet labels.
We never use preservatives or artificial flavours—ever. Some flavours (like sriracha) contain trace amounts of natural sugar, but most of the sweetness comes straight from the fruit or vegetable. Whether it’s a limited drop or part of the permanent collection, the focus is always on real ingredients with bold intent
Many of our snacks are naturally vegan and gluten-free, but we recommend checking the ingredient list for each drop—some flavours may include trace spices or ingredients that don’t meet every dietary restriction.
We work with high-quality suppliers across Europe and sometimes source directly from local producers here in Portugal. In many cases, we freeze-dry our own seasonal ingredients or partner with farms for exclusive drops.
Yes—if it’s weird, wonderful, and maybe a little bit wrong. Drop us a DM or email. We might even name it after you (but no promises).
Freeze-dried snacks are humidity-sensitive. If your snack got soft, it’s likely moisture snuck in.
To keep things crisp:
Always reseal the pouch tightly after opening.
Don’t leave it open to air, even for a short time — freeze-dried ingredients are like sponges.
Store somewhere cool and dry (not near your kettle or fridge).
If you accidentally left the pack open, pop the pouch in the freezer for 30 minutes or into the oven on the lowest temperature with the door cracked until they crisp up again.
